Information collection

We do not require an account and do not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, or resume content.

Google AdMob may automatically collect or receive information such as your device type and operating system, app name, advertising identifiers, IP address, general location inferred from your IP address, diagnostic data, app interactions, and ad views, clicks, and other ad interaction data. The information collected can vary by your device, settings, region, and consent choices.

Information storage

Resume content you create is stored locally on your device unless stated otherwise. The app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

Advertising and third-party services

ResumeNest uses Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC, to serve ads. Google may use information received from the app to provide and measure ads, limit repeated ads, detect and prevent fraud and abuse, maintain and improve its services, and, when permitted, personalize ads. Depending on your consent, device settings, and region, the ads you receive may be personalized or non-personalized.

Google processes this information under its own privacy policy and may retain it according to its data-retention practices. We do not sell your biodata content or share it with Google for ad personalization. Consent and legal basis

Where required by law, including for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the app asks for consent before Google or its advertising partners use local storage or collect, share, and use personal data for personalized advertising. You may decline or withdraw consent. When consent is not provided, Google may still serve non-personalized or limited ads and process limited information for purposes such as ad delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention where permitted by law.

Your advertising choices

You can review or change consent choices through the privacy options presented in the app, where available. On iOS, you can manage tracking permission under Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID under Settings, Privacy, Ads. You can also manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

Security

We take reasonable steps to provide a secure app experience. However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Children's privacy

The app is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
